Discipline etymologically means 'learning'. Is there really any sense in laboring to remove the manifestations of the ego by 'discipline'? Effects disappear not when they are repressed or suppressed, but only when the causes are removed. Understanding deeply that everything is a happening according to the cosmic Law, and not the doing of any deed anyone. Demolish the false sense of doership in the ego, and the manifestations of the ego will disappear by themselves.
